Having started beacon over 10 yrs ago, and having worked on 'client side' for Nissan, I am so used to the environment here that I have nearly forgotten how unlike a standard agency we are - no pony tails (on blokes), luvvies or irritating TLA's allowed! Its a down to earth, hard working, no bullshit type of agency - and our clients like it that way!!!
